6. Refund Policy

6.1. Refunding of appropriate quality.

6.1.1. The client has the right to refuse the ordered product at any time prior to receipt thereof, and after receiving the goods - within 14 days, ex cluding the day of purchase. Refunding appropriate quality is possible if that preserve the appearance, consumer properties, and a document that proves the fact and terms of purchase of this product.

6.1.2. The customer is not entitled to refuse appropriate quality product with specific individual properties, if the specified product can only be us ed by the customer.

6.1.3. In the event that the client refuses podusul according to p. 6.1.1., Betrayed his return the amount paid for the returned product, excluding th e cost of delivery, not later than 15 days from the date of receipt by seller written request from customer.

6.1.4. Within 14 days of receiving the order, apart from the day of purchase, the customer has the right to change the quality product corresponding t o an equivalent product only if if this product is not appropriate to the client by shape, size, style , color or technical equipment. Customer may not change the product of a qualit y that is specified in the list of non-food products of good quality, which can not be returned or exchanged, approved by Government Decision Annex No. 2 № 1465 of December 8, 2003.< /p>

6.1.5. If when addressing client, similar product is not in stock, the Client has the right to reject the order and to require the return of the amoun t paid for the product. The seller must refund the money paid for the returned product within 15 days from the date of return of the goods.

6.2. Refunding of poor quality

6.2.1. The customer can return the product of inadequate quality retailer or manufacturer, and has the right to require the return of the money paid d uring the warranty period of validity, or if this term is not specified in a reasonable time, not exceeding one year. Customer may also require changing or eliminating defects of poo r quality product.

6.2.2. In case of rejection by the Customer Contract Agreement and the request for reimbursement of the amount paid for the product, in accordance wit h conditions 6.2.1., The amount paid will be returned to the client within 15 days of receipt of the written request to the seller .

6.3. Reimbursement of monies paid

6.3.1. The amount of money paid shall be returned to the customer in the same way in which payment was made for the product.

6.4. The list of actions in case of breach by Seller conditions assortment.

6.4.1. In case of detection in order delivered product that does not correspond with the product, customer has the right to refuse the order and to re quest replacement product assortment as ordered, or to require restitution monies paid for the product.

6.4.2. If replacing the product is impossible, the Seller shall notify the Client by sending an e-mail to the address specified by the Client and the money paid is refunded in the manner prescribed in paragraph 6.3.1. 6.5.
